Jin was really easy to make. I literally just created to straps that act as his top, with alterations because I am a girl, and sewed them onto the pants. I held the top on with a bunch of tape and Spirit Gum, but in the end I had to change because Otakon is way too hot to keep those things on.

The wig was bought on eBay and I had to only do a little styling to it. I also bought the ears online, but I don't remember the website because it isn't in my bookmarks anymore!

The black socks were cut up and formed to look like his black sock...thingies. It was fun to do and turned out pretty well. I just needed to roll the socks a bit and stuff my pants into them.

The gauze is used to just wrap around my arms and legs where his bandages are.

I used simple black fabric to create the black armbands, again these were very simple to make. The ball thingies were made by dripping paint inside the ornaments and swishing it around to avoid brushstrokes. The yellow base is of model magic, but I would need to re-do this part because they didn't stay on very well.

The belt was very easy to make as well because I found a blue stretchy material. I still need to tighten it though because it is too loose.

The horn is made of model magic with a little pin on the bottom of it to attach to my wig. I got my fangs from Scarecrow fangs because they are really easy to form to your teeth and look great!

Jin is basically the male version of me. I've loved Yu Yu Hakusho since I was little! It is definitely one of my favorite anime series. I fell in love with Jin the moment I saw him and was finally able to cosplay as him!
